Plank is a long-established Italian company with headquarter in Ora, province of Bolzano. Its assortment comprises chairs, tables and stools for the appartment as well as furnishings for offices and public areas. Plank was founded in 1893 and, sucessfully combining technology and design, continued to grow ever since. Many of its products are the works of internationally renowed designers like Konstantin Grcic, Naoto Fukasawa, Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, Biagio Cisotti and Sandra Laube. They also received numerous prestigious awards like the Compasso d’Oro ADI, for Myto, or the IF Product Design Award – Gold selection, for the stool Miura, and found their way into the permanent collections of important museums like the Moma in New York, the Design Museum in London and the Art Institute in Chicago.
