FARG&BLANCHE is a design studio based in Stockholm,Sweden that was started by Fredrik Farg and Emma Marga Blanche in 2010.Fredrik comes from a family of craftspeople.After high school,he apprenticed as a cabinetmaker,which well prepared him to study interior architecture at HDK School of Design and Crafts,Gothenburg.Emma grew up in France, in a home where art meant everything.A creative occupation was the obvious choice for her,but her practical bent caused her to study interior architecture and design at L'Institut Superieur des Arts Appliques
Founded in 1893, the Nordic century-old furniture brand Garsnas is a family-owned company that has been operating since 2003 with Anna and Dag Klockby and ÅkeAxelsson in the Skeppsbron region of southern Sweden and has an exhibition hall in Stockholm.
Since the 19th century, each generation has produced its own version of the Emma armchair, which is the best interpretation of the classic furniture of our time, the tradition of our care, creating a different craftsmanship.
