At Jakob Thau studio the ambition is to create products that raises the professional,creative and production-related standards.The driving force is a love of good craftsmanship and a desire to explore both new and familiar materials, while combining this with new industrial possibilities.In this way,Jakob Thau create products that are visionary and unusual - but also traditional.In 2006 he established Jakob Thau studio,while he was studying at Danish Design school and has among other things designed furniture for the Swedish furniture manufactures K?llemo A/B and Eurobib A/B.He is a master from the Danish Design school 2008 and has a background as cabinetmaker.He has his own studio and prototype workshop in the centre of Copenhagen.
