sahara

Simple and spontaneous as wind-carved sand, its shape is the perfect starting point for creating a variety of patterns - from asymmetry to symmetry, from geometrically rigorous configuration to dynamic, arbitrary shape reminiscent of sand dunes.
The Sahara Desert is made from waste materials from Portuguese factories that produce wine bottle stoppers. Cork production is in harmony with nature; in fact, it helps to protect Portugal's beautiful woods and cork oak forests, which in turn provides essential habitats for the Iberian Imperial Eagle and other wildlife. Without cork production, the country's cork forests could be replaced by farmland.
