Edam is a multipurpose piece of furniture which has the ambition to become the spill-of-every environment. A sympathetic round form where you will sit or draw it up to impose your feet. Typical is the flat leather side that has an optional drawer to store all loose remote controls, smartphones, tablets, journals and newspapers. Because of the characteristic properties and the pleasant, sympathetic design, Edam seating element feels also particularly at home in workspaces or waiting rooms.

Edam features 5 castors (wheels), leather pocket storage and is upholstered with beige contrast stitching. It can also be specified with an optional drawer.

Montis was established in 1974 and quickly focused on modern design with superior seating comfort. The Montis collection stands out with unique color combinations and with their use of various leathers. The company set itself apart from its competitors and achieves high comfort by often applying upholstery to a chair, which was often disregarded in a movement that usually stripped furniture to its essentials. Their techniques came to be regarded as distinctly Dutch.
