Toward is a comfortable sofa that allows the user to lounge in multiple ways.By merging the normal use of an armchair,a chaise longue and a tete-a-tete,the design emerged.Toward is a base with a mattress and two back rests in different sizes. The two loose and interchangeable cushions further opens up for a versatile appearance and function. To achieve a unique product with high aesthetics,a lot of consideration went into combining the color nuances and texture of the textiles chosen. The sofa comes in five color combinations:light gray, dark gray and brown, pink and dark blue shades with shoes in solid brass or aluminum.Every color combination consists of 6 different color nuances and textures from Kvadrat Textiles.

ErikJørgensen Møbelfabrik, the spiritual synonym for Danish furniture design, was founded in 1954 in Svendborg, Denmark, and was founded by saddle manufacturer and interior decorator Erik Jørgensen. When Erik died in 1998, his two sons, Niels and Ole, took over the company. At ErikJørgensen Møbelfabrik, our goal is to produce lasting furniture. Not only can you beautify the surrounding environment, but you can also open your eyes and see new ways of making furniture. ErikJørgensen Møbelfabrik is full of enthusiasm for furniture design and craftsmanship.
The quality of the great crafts since 1954 is of the utmost importance. After two generations of efforts, ErikJørgensen Møbelfabrik has created a series of furniture that focuses on craftsmanship, natural materials and minimalist design. Several classic collections have become the cornerstone of Erik Jørgensen Møbelfabrik, such as Hans J. Wegner's iconic cow chair, Cora of Poul M. Volther and Erik Jørgensen's own masterpiece EJ 220 sofa.
The milestone in the history of ERIKJØRGENSEN is the OX cow chair - designed by HANS J. WEGNER in 1960. Hans J. Wegner contacted Erik Jørgensen in 1988. It turns out that the cow chair is particularly difficult to decorate. However, Erik is very optimistic and knows to use his expertise to make improvements. In the second year, the cow chair was launched at the International Furniture Fair in Milan and immediately became a design idol. Erik Jørgensen saw something unique in the beautiful shape and detail of the Corona chair. The design is light, but at the same time it has a sculptural depth that impresses people. Not surprisingly, the Corona chair is Erik Jørgensen's furniture, most often found in movies and TV shows, including the 1971 thriller Carnal Knowledge, starring Jack Nicholson, popular TV shows, Mad Men, and the Danish show The check kill.
Erik Jørgensen is a talented furniture designer. The EJ 220/270 has witnessed his talent for designing a sofa, which is both comfortable and comfortable. With its low box, narrow armrests and a relaxed look, the EJ 220 sets the style of a modern and minimalist sofa.
The materials used in the furniture made by Erik Jørgensen Møbelfabrik are mainly solid wood structures, which guarantee the long service life of the furniture. Provides great comfort and durability for the finished exterior material of the furniture. At Erik Jørgensen, materials are more than just materials. This is the essence of furniture, so good quality is essential. Respect for the environment is the primary concern of ErikJørgensen. ErikJørgensenMøbelfabrik only selects those who are willing to reduce the environmental impact.
