Nato a Barcellona (1975), Arquer si è laureato in Design Industriale alla Escola Superior de Disseny (ESDI) nel 1998. Un anno dopo si trasferisce a New York per lavorare in una società di consulenza di design. Nel 2003, Arquer va a Londra per iscriversi al Royal College of Art studiando prodotti di design sotto le direttive di Ron Arad. Nel 2005, dopo il completamento degli studi, apre il proprio studio di design a Londra. Da allora ha lavorato per diverse aziende come: Eno, Torsten Van Elten, Mathmos, o Royal VKB. Mentre espone i propri lavori in tutto il mondo egli è anche un professore di disegno industriale presso il Central Saint Martins e Camberwell. - Docente presso il Central Saint Martins. Ottobre’08 ad oggi - Docente presso l'Università di Camberwell. Ottobre’07 ad oggi - Costituisce il proprio studio di design, Roger Arquer Industrial Design. Ottobre’05 - Master in Design Products al Royal College of Art. Londra. 2003-05 - Designer alla Alfredo H?berli, Zurigo, Svizzera. Luglio – Settembre’04 - Junior Designer presso una società di consulenza di design. New York. Dicembre' 99 – Gennaio' 02 - Stage presso Lievore/Ather/Molina. Barcellona.
