"OW150 is a timeless and elegant daybed with simple forms finished to the very highest standards.Slim dimensions and resilient forms are haracteristics of Ole Wanscher's designs.Classic and yet singularly modern at the same time.The seat is made of hand-woven stretched cotton webbing in black,attached to a solid wood frame.The cushions consist of down molded cold foam,upholstered in your choice of fabric or leather.Matching neck pillow is also included.Cushion is not turnable."

1908年，木匠Carl Hansen在丹麦欧登塞建立了自己的第一家成品家具店，Carl Hansen & Søn便诞生于此。此后，Carl Hansen的儿子Holger Hansen子承父业，也成为了出色的木匠，并于1934年继承了品牌。Holger Hansen非常注重培养设计新秀，邀请当时丹麦极具才华的年轻设计师们共同参与设计。
1949年，品牌战略性地开始了与Hans J. Wegner的合作。头一年，Wegner便为Carl Hansen & Søn设计了四把椅子，其中就包括享誉全球，且至今被奉为经典的Wishbone Chair。与未成名的设计师合作需要冒相当大的风险。当时，Carl Hansen & Søn抱着奉献精神将年轻设计师们超越时代的奇思妙想变为实实在在的产品。经过几年的努力，丹麦乃至全世界开始对Wegner的作品产生兴趣。
目前，家族企业由第三代传人Knud Erik Hansen掌舵。自2002年上任以来，Knud Erik Hansen制定了品牌国际化的发展方向，并帮助Carl Hansen & Søn成功覆盖了全球销售网络。公司在美国、日本和中国香港设有子公司，并在纽约、东京、伦敦、米兰、奥斯陆和哥本哈根拥有展厅。
